Seasonal Pool: Please note that our resort-style outdoor pool is seasonal (typically open from late spring to early fall). Please inquire about specific open/close dates if the pool is central to your trip! Nature & Wildlife: Because the estate sits on 100 private acres of stunning Upstate NY wilderness, you will likely spot local wildlife during your stay. It's part of the magic of the property! Shared Acreage: As a reminder, there is a separate Tiny Home on a distant, secluded part of the 100-acre property. You likely won't ever see the other guests, but we ask that you respect their private waterfront area just as they will respect your completely exclusive use of the Main House and pool. Parking: There is ample free parking available on the massive private driveway right at the front entrance.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive, private access to the entire Main House and all of its amenities. This includes the resort-style pool, the underground wine cellar, the home theater, the basement game room, the gym, and the covered outdoor living spaces. You are also completely free to hike and explore the sprawling 100-acre estate and its private nature trails! Please note: There is a separate "Tiny Home" located on a secluded waterfront section of the 100-acre property. The Tiny Home and its immediate surroundings are off-limits to ensure privacy for those guests. However, the two homes are spaced very far apart on the estate, so your absolute privacy and exclusive use of the Main House and pool will not be impacted in any way.
